Tailgating craft beer style. Over 100° temperatures made me reach for a two year old New Glarus Gueuze. Part of their R&D series this beer does not hold back. An American Wild Ale it is fermented and aged in Oak, it spent the summer if ‘09 aging outdoors in oak barrels then bottle fermented. It is light, effervescent, and has an awesome sourness to it. To bad it was a one off cause I want more! (Taken with Instagram)
